Difficulty installing ifscube

Hi, I'm having difficulty installing ifscube using the CONDA installation. I get

$conda env create -f environment.yml
Collecting package metadata (repodata.json): done
Solving environment: failed

This happens whether I'm installing within a conda environment (with python=3.11.3) or just basic. Can you help please. Other conda envs and pip work just fine. I can see that other packages are found, but doesn't pip install missing ones?

Hi, Mark.

I am no longer recommend the creation of a conda environment, and I should have updated the documentation about it long ago. In the last commit I even removed the environment.yml entirely. If you want to have a separate environment for IFSCube I recommend using UV to manage it.

Cheers. I actually just pip’ed it without using an environment, and it seems to work fine.
