Observability server cannot be accessed remotely

Problem

For anyone that is running PAI on a headless server, there is no way to access the observability client.

PAI v2.1 restructured the observability server (kai-* → pai-*). Remote access is a valid enhancement request - feel free to open a fresh issue against pai-observability-server if you'd like to pursue this!
