_on_enable takes 2 positional arguments but 3 were given

I want to point to this issue: danielfett/inetbox.py/issues/35, which I consider to belong to here, but I'm not sure. Also, there's a quick, but yet very untested fix. Maybe some can sort out, whether this bug must come here?
