Game profile selection did not update in real time

Problem

When select a new profile in a managed game, it will unable to reflect the updates in real-time.

Steps to re-produce:

• Select a managed game
• Switch the game profile to an existing profile
• Display profile will keep on the original profile

Expected behavior

• Profile should be able to switch instantly.
