The techniques listed in this issue appear to already be mapped in the neurodata_typemap dictionary in dandi/metadata/util.py (lines 661-854). All the named techniques are present: multi electrode extracellular electrophysiology recording technique, spike sorting technique, signal filtering technique, surgical technique, patch clamp technique, current clamp technique, voltage clamp technique, two-photon microscopy technique, behavioral technique, analytical technique, photographic technique, and fourier analysis technique.

However, the original issue also mentioned adding URI mappings (e.g., http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/OBI_0002188), and the current implementation only stores technique names without URIs.
