Supporting alternate chapter and verse separators

I see that you can only use a colon at this point to separate a chapter from a verse. I.e John 1:1 will work but John 1.1 won't. Is it possible to add more?

Since I am using this module in production, these ideas mostly reflect on my ideas for Heb12 Desktop and CLI.

Hey there. Sorry I've been slow to respond. Work and family life is very demanding at the moment. If you can raise a pull request I will accept it right away. If you need some pointers as to what changes are needed I'm happy to identify the bit of code that needs changing. Hope you are doing well dear brother :)

I totally understand. :) I have been busy and won't be able to work on it for a few weeks.

I would like pointers where in the code I would do it. Is it in the CV.js file? Are there others that need to be modified as well?

I have now implemented a Bible parser myself that supports this, and would be willing to implement it into CaV.
