        <h1>Program History</h1>
        <p>The ICAC conference was established in 2004 by Salim Hariri and Manish Parashar. The ICAC organizers decided after 2012 to split the original conference into two conferences: the IEEE International Conference on Cloud and Autonomic Computing (ICCAC) with a focus on autonomics and cloud computing, and the International Conference on Autonomic Computing (ICAC) with a main focus on autonomic computing issues. These two conferences are now separate and have different steering committees.</p>
