Is it possible to generate this structure or its enantiomer? When I don't specify the absolute configuration at 4 (whether it is R or S), OPSIN generates the structure, otherwise it doesn't. Z-propenyl and E-propenyl groups are not one and the same. Therefore, I believe we do have a chiral center at position 4.
