Like how we can quickly jump to any file in VSCode, it would be great if we can jump to any table by pressing a shortcut key, followed by typing out the table name

Plan

Observations

• The extension currently allows opening tables at cursor and via Laravel model, but lacks a global "Go to Table" QuickPick command.
• Tables are loaded into a workspace-level cache (workspaceTables) via getTables in messenger.ts.
• DevDbViewProvider.setActiveTable handles opening a table in the webview.
• Commands are registered centrally in src/extension.ts, and VSCode QuickPick APIs are available.

Approach

1. Add a new command entry in package.json under contributes.commands and a default keybinding under contributes.keybindings.
2. In src/extension.ts, register devdb.goToTable in activate(), implementing a handler that:
   • Checks if tables are loaded via isTablesLoaded().
   • Retrieves the table list via getWorkspaceTables().
   • Prompts the user with showQuickPick(tables, { placeholder }).
   • On selection, calls devDbViewProvider.setActiveTable(selected).
3. Import necessary utilities: isTablesLoaded, getWorkspaceTables, showEmptyTablesNotification, and vscode API.
4. Test with a live connection: confirm the keybinding opens QuickPick and navigates correctly.

Reasoning

I reviewed package.json for command contributions, examined extension.ts for existing command registration, studied DevDbViewProvider for the table-opening logic, and inspected messenger.ts to understand table caching and utility functions.
