Proposal for Collaboration: Shiny App for ISOVIZ
Hello Dak Lab team,

I wanted to share a project I’ve been working on that builds upon your excellent ISOVIZ package. I've developed a Shiny app that provides an interactive, user-friendly interface to create Junction to Isoform maps and guide tables for gRNA efficiency predictions (using the TIGER model).
Currently the app can only be used locally since it requires more processing time than Shiny server’s free tier provides , however with enough interest I will pay for professional tier resources.

Key Features:
Interactive Visualizations: Generate Junction to Isoform maps with intuitive file upload support.
Guide Table Creation: Produces downloadable guide tables in CSV format for gRNA efficiency predictions.
Real-Time Feedback: Notifications for progress during visualization and table generation.
Download Options: Export maps as .png files and tables as .csv files.
Motivation:
The app aims to make ISOVIZ more accessible to users who may not be familiar with coding by offering an interactive GUI while maintaining the functionality and robustness of your package.

I believe this app complements ISOVIZ and could help broaden its reach and usability. Would you be open to collaborating on this project? I’d be happy to share more details, discuss potential enhancements, or explore other ways to work together. I have attached screenshots displaying a Guide Table, an isoform map, and the readme file as they appear in the app’s user interface.

The GitHub repository for the app is https://github.com/jcaperella29/ISOVIZ_Shiny_APP.
Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!
