change default dependency filename from `my_deps.txt` to `dependencies.txt`

In RepoMan.cmake the default filename is defined as my_deps.txt. This should be a name more likely to be used.

The default name in RepoMan.cmake is dependencies.txt. Only in the examples it was changed to my_deps.txt to highlight the ability to choose a custom name.
