I had 138 packages with the same error due to thin server going down:

503 Service Temporarily Unavailable
Service Temporarily Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your
request due to maintenance downtime or capacity
problems. Please try again later.
Apache Server at describe.fda.fcla.edu Port 80

I have to restart DAITSS on 30 to get thin server and thin listener to start up again. The packages are reset and they archive. It seems to be code related.

I have received the error again. It has been happening the last 2 days:

I have to stop DAITSS and restart and then reset for the packages to archive.
