The help for reset-to-actual indicates that a machine filter is supported with a -m option:
SYNOPSIS
galaxy [--batch] [(-e | --environment )]
[--debug] reset-to-actual [--all] [(-u | --uuid )...]
[(-m | --machine )...]
[(-s | --state )...]
[(-c | --config )...] [(-h | --host )...]
[(-b | --binary )...]
However, the filter doesn't appear to work:
[17:59 ubuntu@i-64580004:~ prod] galaxy reset-to-actual -m i-4c451d2c
A filter is required
