Tow effect remains after detatching

When attaching a tow cable to a non MAIN static/stationary object, having pulled on it and letting it take up slack then detaching the (non visual) effect of the tow cable remains, more tow cables can be made.

Not super important or hight prio, but very reproducible.
version 39d673f running on linux build with g++ (Ubuntu 7.3.0-16ubuntu3) 7.3.0

seems like it's due to an initialization according to @daid and only happens on the first rope created.
Some other conditions need not apply
