Show information with the available commands when a CLI command is not right

At the moment, this is the output which is as generic and unhelpful as it can be.

$ elektroid-cli foo
ERROR:elektroid-cli.c:1195:main: Error: Invalid argument
```

I still need to think the best way to provide the user with some informative and useful output.
