Update dButton for images; deprecate dBitmapButton #53
Description
Buttons now support images as well as labels since wxPython 3.1.2. There is no difference anymore, so we should add support for bitmap management to dButton. We will keep dBitmapButton as an alias, with a deprecation notice.
