Texture problem when changing graphic processor

To reproduce the bug:
Options -> System Options -> Graphic -> CPU -> Apply

When you change the gpu prcessor from GPU to CPU the textures are not being load anymore and you don't see the terrain.

Also there are sudden fps drops when moving camera fast by holding right click.
