boxcar integration seems to be boxcar 1 #63

Hey,
The boxcar integration seems to be boxcar 1 (think because of the logo and input options and because it doesn't work).
In boxcar 2 you need an username and API key for success. In midgetspy version there is already an working boxcar 2 integration, so maybe import the integration from there?
Boxcar 1 was stopped in june 2014.
