Update: pbjson working well in a broken-out pbjson project thus far!

• Added the previous subsystem file for pbjson itself as project.json
• New Claude instance hit the ground running successfully
• Claude successfully initialized a state-tracking subsystem file on its own
• No issues with overreach (preemptive decisionmaking/failure to check with user) thus far
• present_files() for new readme-state.json file working as intended

POSSIBLE TODO: Note in the documentation that the "run present_files() instruction may still get lost or sidetracked over long enough conversations--Claude is able to generate its current version on command but its ability to follow along still won't be 100% perfect. (This emerges over very long conversations and seems more likely to happen in subsystem conversations, I think.)
