Clarify what exactly the app shows

I first read it as the number of jobs in each LA. But that doesn't make sense as the results in some inner London boroughs like Westminster are very low. I think it's actually the number of employed people living in each LA.

As the prototype is developed we just need to make clear what exactly it's showing.

Interesting. Isn't that an unintuitive thing to show for an accessibility dataset? Worth checking the documentation at https://www.gov.uk/government/statistical-data-sets/journey-time-statistics-data-tables-jts or even emailing them if not clear I reckon.
