Connection status does not go Offline when VPN is on

Tested in Chrome.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load a fully synced thoughtspace.
2. Disconnect from the Internet.

Current Behavior

The connection status in the upper left corner says "Connected".

Expected Behavior

The connection status should change to "Offline" within 5 seconds of going offline.

Can't reproduce. We're relying on useNetworkState + socket state, should one of the be offline/closed, the indicator shows Disconnected.

Thanks! I tested more, and discovered that it is related to having a VPN. It falsely reports the client is connected to the server when the VPN is on but the Internet is off.

Downgrading the priority.
