[iOS] Text Selector feature is not working properly on Swipe Zone

Step to reproduce

1. Open em on Safari mobile or iOS app
2. Create a thought with some words
3. Double tap on a word that lies on Swipe Zone on the above thought
4. Verify the word is wrapped in the selector tool
5. Tap on the text selector and drag

Current behavior

Most of the time, nothing happens.
If user tries to tap on the selector too long, drag and drop feature will be active.
Note: This does not happen when the selected word is located on Scroll Zone

Expected behavior

Text selector should be draggable, refer to user's drag direction on Swipe Zones, refer to the behavior of the Scroll Zone

I need your help with running your fix on my locale
I get this error when trying to pull onto my Github desktop. I get Continue to Merged with Conflict error when trying to Resolve Merge.
Do you have any suggestions?
