No tags/versions history

Thanks for your library!

I'd like to have any way to find out changes between versions. Currently there is no changelog (which could be ok for not so big libs), but there's also no tags in git, so I can't even compare commits.

I will go through versions on pypi and add tags to repository, add CHANGELOG.md
I have pytest, github actions and pyproject.toml in plans
