Is It possible to Run if I do not have GPU?

Hi,

I am recently working on Glioblastoma, and your excellent work has drawn my attention. In our lab, we are working with the LUMIERE dataset (https://github.com/ysuter/gbm-data-longitudinal?tab=readme-ov-file), where I need to register images of each patient across the visits. At the beginning, I am trying to run your pretrained model, but facing an error as the DIRAC code forces CUDA, but your PyTorch build is CPU-only. Is it possible to run the code with my current settings?

Any kind of help is highly appreciated, and feel free to ask me for more information.

Hi Soumya,

This code cannot be run without a GPU. In order to run with a GPU, you have to remove all the .cuda() operations in the code, which is not trivial.
