play/run elite-command

Hello, I'd like to try elite-command. I have a manjaro VM running on which I tried to run rails which refers to bundle install which fails at installing json 1.6.1

I tried fiddling around with the gemfiles but couldn't get anything running (or "installing"?).

Mind you I have minimal dev/server experience, even less with ruby.

I found out about this project from zetawar's Readme.

I haven't run the game in many years. There's a good chance you need an older version of Ruby than you have. I don't remember what version of Ruby it was written in, probably 1.9 ish. I can see if I can get it running, but no guarantees.
