Callbacks not calling?

The expected behavior of the attached test file is that if callbacks are working, every iterate the str 'CALLBACK IS WORKING' should appear in STDOUT.

If I am using pyceres v2.6 on win64, I do not see this STDOUT and my callback does not otherwise appear be be run. I think call back functionality should get a unit test case to make sure it works

options.callbacks expects the input argument is a python list, such as: options.callbacks = [YourCallBack1, YourCallBack2]
