Support fot KeeAgent-flavor of Pageant

This project https://github.com/dlech/KeeAgent provides a Pageant-like agent-mode. However, there seems to be some inconsistencies with Pageant that causes ssh-pageant to quite abruptly upon request for key from e.g. ssh.
*note: KeeAgent also supports creation cygwin-compatbile socket directly, but using ssh-pageant is more straight-forward and works on all my machines.

I'm tentatively open to the idea, but that depends on what exactly is the nature of the failure. It might instead be KeeAgent's bug, but if PuTTY is able to work fine with it, then maybe I made a bad assumption in translating that client code to ssh-pageant.

I do very little in Windows these days, so it might be a while before I can work on this. Help is certainly welcome!

I am using MSYS2 64-bit with ssh-pageant and KeePass 2.45 with KeeAgent 0.12.0.0 and it works well without any issues out of the box on three of my machines (Windows 10 2004 64-bit).
