GIT-SCM start-ssh-pageant.cmd script flawed?

The error message points to the case where arguments are interpreted as a command.
However, there's a check for non-existent command:

@IF NOT EXIST "!SSH_PAGEANT!" @GOTO ssh-pageant-done

That script is not part of this project -- have you asked the git-scm folks about your issue?
