Add options for testing Pageant communication #28

When troubleshooting ssh-pageant operation, it would be useful to know whether we're able to talk to pageant at all. A good step is ssh-pageant ssh-add -l, but that depends on an external process and a working socket. But ssh-pageant could have its own -l option to list keys for testing, which is maybe even useful in its own right.
