Unable to add any other master data except products, (ie. Location, Stores, batteries, chores)

I've been running Grocy on my Home Assistant for a while now. Everything worked very well a few months back (don't remember the exact time), I wasn't able to add new battery, Location, chore, (anything other than products).  Please help.
