Usage on a server?

Hey, this looks like an amazing project! I know this Mod is meant to be used as a "Minecraft Client to LLM over MCP" bridge, but I would really like to use something like this on my server.

I was wondering how complicated it would be to implement something like this for the server side. So that you could for example control an NPC (or mannequin) on the server using MCP. Similar to the Mindcraft project.

Maybe it would be possible to implement something like this. 😊
