Add Multi-Drive Support

Currently, for the sake of simplicity this CLI only supports reads and writes to/from the home trash. However, as per the Freedesktop.org Trash Specification trashes can exist on any mounted drive on the file system.

For each mounted drive a .Trash or .Trash-$uid file will be either created or present depending on operations. Update all existing trash functions to allow for trashing files on all mounted drives
