Inline images rendered incorrectly - out of date GlkOte?

Images with inlineup, inlinedown, and inline center are rendered incorrectly.

For example, the inlineup image in the screenshot should have their bottom be the baseline of the text, but it is drawn completely above the text.

Ugh. So this is a consequence of my solution for #15. Which I'm not looking forward to digging into again.

Note that Parchment uses AsyncGlk's WebGlkOte now, not Zarf's GlkOte. They share some code history, but GlkOte isn't really the "upstream" any more.

I realized it's a fork, but I was hoping maybe it's one fix that's can be ported from upstream. Sorry :)

No, unfortunately there's nothing to port in this case. Zarf's GlkOte doesn't even attempt to support stylehints or per character styling, so it doesn't have any parallel to this part of WebGlkOte's display system.

The "problem" is with this definition, but I assume it's important for the other features you added ...?
