A small problem on reading .txt files 一个在阅读.txt文件时的小问题 #4
Description
在阅读.txt文件时，如果文件末多出了2行（但这显然是符合编辑时规则的）就会报Warning。建议读取时加以改进。
While reading .txt files, if there are 2 lines more at the end of the file, it would report a warning. It should be improved.
