LSP: goto-definition could exclude the current field when > 1 result

If you're already in a field definition, and there are several results, you could exclude the current field from the result.

This might speed up moving to the definition you want when there are exactly 2 results. I would imagine that's fairly common, especially in smaller CUE programs.

However, it's possible this could create confusion and surprise, so open to input.
