Implement puzzle-specific simplification for all puzzles in Twizzle Editor

Steps to reproduce the issue

R R does not simplify to R' for FTO

Observed behaviour

Turns that exceed 180 degrees do not simplify properly for non-cubic puzzles.

Puzzle-specific simplification is not implemented for FTO yet. I'll keep this issue open until we implement it.
