Accept diagonal quote marks (’)

Please add support for these to treat them as regular quote marks. They're the default in Google Docs, and having to keep converting stuff pasted from the internet is a pain.

More generally, the program should interpret (or replace) all of these characters as (with) a single quote: ʼ᾿ߴ՚’`

I think only apostrophe U+0027, prime U+2032, and right single quotation mark U+2019 should be accepted. Prime is technically the correct one. In particular I do not like grave accent being used.
