Feature : Implement a Customer Rating and Review System

• Reviews will be posted only from logged-in accounts.
• Login is required to submit a rating or review.
• Ratings are currently fetched from products.json and displayed per product.
• The next step is to enable review submission and ensure ratings are persisted for each user-product pair.
