Option to refresh or query status directly

Currently it look like the only status option (-i) shows data from self.db, and doesn't query the cloud directly.

Would be good to have an option that either refreshes the db info from the cloud, or just queries the cloud directly and presents current status.

Either that, or have a standalone set of scripts for working with clouds (query, launch instance, terminate, etc.).

@dmdu what do you think?
