convert.py not working

Hi! Thanks so much for all of the amazing work here! 

I've been trying to get `convert.py` to work (on Windows) to encode or decode an a18 to a wav file. Everything _runs_ but no output file is generated and I'm really struggling. Can anyone confirm that `convert.py` works (and with the latest A1800.dll)?
