OnCore client does not send summary accrual data to OnCore #45
Description
The redcap_oncore_client can consume enrollment details from OnCore, but it does not know how to send summary accrual data to OnCore. CTS-IT is working on a spec to do that at Adding study enrollment summary accrual to the REDCap OnCore Client
