[BUG][NO ERRR] Students think they can answer again under Infinite tries=false (email 11) #18

Description

@PhysicsRule

Describe the bug
When infinite tries=False, sometimes students do not get an indication they got the question correct or incorrect. So they continue trying each answer only to find out the computer says all answers are wrong. I think this only occurs on multiple choice and when they answered wrong the first time.
Happens many times in 1 class period (maybe 10 times)

Environment
When did this happen? so far during quizzes and that is when many people are on at once
Was it on production or staging? production

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...' student login-assignments-
  2. Click on '....'submit a Multiple Choice answer
  3. The well done does not appear since they did not answer correctly, but the answer does not turn red, so they answer again and again and again until they have gone through all of the multiple choice answers of which all are said to be wrong.
  4. See error

Expected behavior
'Well done' if correct and the answer should turn red if wrong. then they don't get another shot since infinite tries =false.
