[BUG][NO ERRR] Selects wrong answer (email 9c)

Describe the bug
Students say the computer selects an answer different from what they chose during quizzes (when infinite tries is false). I have had multiple people tell me this, so I don't think they are trying to get away with something.

When did this happen? quiz (many students)
Was it on production or staging?production

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'studnet account-assignment
2. Click on '....'answer
3. Scroll down to '....' but the computer says you picked another.
4. See error
