Suggestion: Use Polaris for mock admin frame

Using Polaris is beneficial for many reasons. Being as close to Shopify as possible is important for AI to complete tasks accurately, but also it could streamline app bridge API implementation.

I'm noticing this is partly because the server returns a raw HTML string (src/server/index.ts) which would make this hard to accomplish.

Maybe we go a bit further and use something like Remix for the admin frame? 😄

Do you mean Polaris Web Components? I was having the hardest time getting them to render. I tried recreating the nav menu in purely Polaris Web Components, but they would never render, even when wrapped in an <s-page>.

@ctrlaltdylan Are you open to merging or looking at @Kashuab PR? I'm interested in working on some of these things as well, but I think it would be great to continue working on his progress.
