Incorrect y-scale behavior in rain plot #7
Description
When temporal resolution is set to 5 minutes and cumulative rain is being displayed over a date range that has zero range, the plot is inappropriately symmetrical around 0, ranging from -1 to 1. The y-scale should be limited to 0 as negative rain is not possible. What the appropriate y-max in this situation is is not that important. +1 is probably a decent default.
