Are there problems on CSSBattles where we can practice responsive design problems?

Responsive design is necessary and people expect your website to look good on all devices. Is there a problem set where we can practice Responsive design problems?

I'm a proponent of learning by doing. I hate watching tutorials about how to make your site responsive on all the devices. So Maybe we could have Responsive design's problem and people can post there solutions and other people can look at them and learn we all thrive together.
