Fidelity Access Denied error #200
Description
I am getting access denied errors when trying to download data from Fidelity (see below):

You don't have permission to access "http://ofx.fidelity.com/ftgw/OFX/clients/download" on this server.<P>
Searching various forums suggests that Fidelity may be retiring OFX in favor of Quicken (e.g., see a reddit thread from a few months ago).
Does anyone have a fix or work around?
