Please add support for `draft/2019-09` dialect

Current, adamant seems to support draft-04 and draft-07 JSON Schema dialects.

It would be helpful if it also supported the newer draft/2019-09 dialect. I have some auto-generated JSON Schema that target this dialect.

Hi @paulmillar , thank you for opening the issues. The development of Adamant was put on hold for quite sometime, but now we started continuing the development again! We can expect updates within the next few months.
