Add Make to Containers #68

User Story
As a developer, I would like Make to be added to containers so that I can have more flexibility in choosing containers.
Detailed Description
When a container is created, a version of Make should get added to the container. Then, the container should be able to run Make using that.
Acceptance Criteria
- Given a container, then the Daemon should add Make
- Given a Make version, then the Make version should be added to the project
