Fix blog formatting issues

The following three (3) formatting issues have been observed:

1. On mobile and on desktop (Firefox 75), ol elements are sized with margin: 1em. The left-most side of the list is cut off.

2. On the "Posts" page, links show up as HTML text.

3. On mobile, images do not resize width to the size of the screen. It should be downsized to fit.
